As One of Our Summer Camp Team Members, You Will:
- Supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing, and fun camp environment.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and outdoor experiences.
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times.
- Communicate positively with families and team members.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom and camp space.
- Foster a positive atmosphere where children can learn, explore, and make lasting memories.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for working with and caring for children.
- Previous experience working with children in a camp, childcare, school, recreation, or educational setting preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be reliable, energetic, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
- Must meet all applicable background screening and state licensing requirements.

- Part-Time Seasonal Position
- Summer Camp Hours (specific schedule to be discussed during the interview process)

The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
